99 Sushi Bar, a Japanese haute cuisine restaurant located at The Galleria Mall, Al Maryah Island have recently relaunched their Zeitaku Brunch. And it's a pleasure to be invited by the best and one of the exemplary dining places in town and worldwide. They have also named as the Best Newcomer at the Time Out Abu Dhabi Restaurant Awards 2017.

You might be wondering why Zeitaku Brunch and what does it mean? Well, Zeitaku is a Japanese word that means extravagance or luxury. Yes! I know what you are thinking. This brunch is all about experiencing a luxurious 11-course meal that will absolutely blow your taste buds away! Can I also highlight its interior design, panoramic view and the ambiance? They're definitely bringing the stunning and inviting gold theme from the main entrance to inside the bar.

I know 11 courses sound too much considering that I am tryin' to be fit, but who cares? Let's get this on!

Whilst taking videos and snaps, they served us first with 2 courses. Okonomiyaki, a corn tortilla with tuna usuzukuri and tare sauce & Fatty Tuna and Smoked Bacon Beef Taco with a chili tomato emulsion and aromatized herbs. This combo will definitely surprise you! They're perfect for each other for your taste.

Next up, Spicy Tuna Tartar with wakame seaweed and shoestring chips in kimchi sauce. I am impressed of how the tuna chunks tasted like. It's a mixture of sweet & sour that compliments the shoestring chips at the same time.

99 Sushi Bar is really popular in town and most of the foodies really love the Tiger Prawn Tempura. It's like a dynamite shrimp but they put a prawn instead then mixed with spicy creamy sauce. For me, it's like an upgrade and the sauce really nailed it. This is my favorite amongst all!

Another surprising menu is the Temptsuyu Maki. A dish that comes with a Salmon Fillet & Salmon Roe. But what makes it more interesting is when the Tuna Flakes slowly danced as they poured the Jalapeno Sauce to the roll.

So after that delicious maki, the Panko Mistura Roll, Nigiris & Fatty Tuna Tartar Gunkan were served. And I was like, ahmmm...can we just pause for a while (lols). Seriously, I wasn't totally ready and it's a lot to take. So you just gotta take a deep breath and go on. I mean, you can't say no to these, right?!

Last meal before the dessert is the Skirt Steak. It's cut into small pieces of steak that is so succulent because of the Galangal Sauce.

Now, it's dessert time. I always look forward to it and I like surprises. The Mochi Ice Cream is definitely winning the game. From that smokey effects to a consistent flavour, ugh...thank me later!

A perfect rate of 10 for me. I couldn't ask for more from a Japanese Cuisine Restaurant. The service is quick, staffs are very welcoming and accommodating; luxurious experience and the food is definitely ambrosial. It's a bit pricy but it's definitely worth it!
