Havana oh na na! (Friday Tune) Haha. I hope you're havin' a great weekend guys and welcome back to my blog!

Weekend is always one of the happiest days of my life as an expat here in Abu Dhabi and even back home in the Philippines. You know, you get to spend your time and share more memories with your family like eating in a nice restaurant and friends partying or going to a perfect getaway! It's one way of satisfying yourself after that long & challenging week.

Since I can't get hold of myself not to start the weekend with a lot of fun, I joined my friends at Asia de Cuba for the "White Bohemian Theme Party" and brunch.Yes, you read that right. Lols! It's located at the St. Regis’, Nation Towers Beachfront on the Corniche.

The weather didn't seem to participate and it rained during the party. It was supposed to be an outdoor Bohemian Party so we have to stay inside but it didn't stop us from having a great time.

Now, let's talk about the experience and I'll start from the interior design...

I must say, I'm very keen on how the restaurant being designed and it's vibe. Who wouldn't want it, right? Well, the moment I came inside, the atmosphere is so vibrant & upbeat. Boasting thethe multi-faceted space spread over a lounge, restaurant, terrace bar and beach-side cabanas with a stunning view of Arabic Gulf. Designed by Ian Baylis, the Italian furniture and quirky lighting features brings something unique and different.

Next, what's on the menu?

Featuring it's signature Chino-Latino cuisine created by Executive Chef, Luis Pous. You can enjoy its a 3-hour à la carte and unlimited drink every Fridays & Saturdays from 1pm–4pm. How amazing is that?

To kick off the feast, they served us different mouthful of welcome bites with a combination of Asian & Latin flavours that is for sharing. Below are the menus that you can choose from.

The food are really sumptuous and we will definitely be back. I'd say the outdoor setting is a plus factor!
